SUM offers Commercial General and Host Liquor liability protection for bars, restaurants, wineries and all venues that serve and sell alcohol to the public, covering on/off-premises liability, joint and several liability, forcible ejection and overservice of alcohol. We offer liability coverage Canada wide, coast to coast.

For medium to high end restaurants, please complete our “Fine Dining Casualty Application.” We will need the number of dining seats throughout the establishment, with a split between year round and seasonal seating. For all other establishments, please complete our “Hospitality Casualty Application.” We will need the # of alcoholic units sold (1.5 oz hard liquor, 150 mL glass of wine, 1 standard beer) captured in the establishment’s inventory logbook, point of sale system and/or provincial velocity report.
