Michelle is a Technical Assistant for our Claims and Operations teams, supporting both Toronto and Montreal offices. Michelle studied Medical Terminology as well as Activation Co-ordination and Gerontology at George Brown College before beginning her insurance career. Michelle joins SUM with over 23 years experience having previously worked as a Group Benefits Supervisor for a multinational general insurance company.
